2015 rolls-royce phantom

Rolls-Royce is a British luxury car brand manufactured by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd. Part of BMW AG. The headquarters is located in Goodwood. Rolls-Royce is associated primarily with luxury and reliability. It was these qualities that were central to the development of the first cars of the brand. Until now, all Rolls-Royces are assembled by hand, and before the final assembly of the car, two thousand kilometers of tests are carried out at the test site. Then the machines are dismantled, all components are checked and painted with 12 coats of paint. This is the only operation at Rolls-Royce that is carried out by a robot. As in the beginning of the last century, each car is made after receiving an order for it. The company was founded by Frederick Henry Royce and Charles Rolls in 1904. Before meeting each other, they both came up with the idea of making a car of the highest quality. Frederick Henry Royce was born in 1863 to a flour miller and the father of five  2015 rolls-royce phantom children, of whom Henry was the youngest. At the age of 10, he moved to London, where he first sold newspapers and then carried telegrams in the West End. At the age of 14, he got to the factory of the Great Northern Railway, where he became a student of the talented engineer Patrick Stirging. At this time, Royce is studying algebra and the basics of electricity. Later, Henry moved to Leeds, where he worked in a machine tool factory, and then moved to London and worked for the Electric Light and Power Company. He soon founded F.H. Royce and Co, which manufactures switches, lamp holders, doorbells, and more. Henry Royce is gradually becoming known as a talented inventor. He received his first patent for a bayonet socket for light bulbs in 1887. In 1903, Royce buys a Decauville car with a two-cylinder engine. At that time, this model was quite decent, but the perfectionist Royce was dissatisfied with it. Taking the basic design of Decauville as a basis, he built his own car with a 2-liter engine. Then two more cars came out. They were distinguished by impeccable build quality, excellent maneuverability and quiet operation of a reliable 10-horsepower engine. Initially, Royce did not plan to seriously deal with cars. However, a copy produced by a talented engineer came to the attention of an aristocrat and a passionate admirer of high-speed mechanisms - Charles Rolls. At that time, he already owned a car dealership, most of which were produced outside of England. Having appreciated Royce's talent, as well as his unwillingness to put up with mediocre quality, Rolls offered him cooperation. The partners organized Rolls-Royce LTD and immediately released several models with two-cylinder engines with 12, 15, 20 and 30 hp. Later three- and four-cylinder models appeared. Rolls-Royce cars quickly gained popularity not only due to high build quality, but also numerous victories in sports competitions. The real glory came to the automaker in 1906, when the 40/50 HP chassis debuted, which later received the name Silver Ghost. Rolls-Royce manufactured only the chassis, allowing customers to order the body themselves from such well-known studios as Barker, Hooper, Thrupp It was an extremely quiet and comfortable car: for advertising, a coin was placed on the edge of the radiator grille, which did not fall until the engine was started. The model got its name thanks to one copy, painted in silver, while some parts were covered with real silver. The name Ghost was given to her for the silent operation of the 7-liter engine. To demonstrate the reliability of the model, the company sent it on a run of more than 24,000 km. The car overcame this test with a single failure: the fuel valve failed. With the Silver Ghost model, the brand enters the American market, where Nelson Rockefeller becomes the first buyer. Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost (1906–1926) In 1907, Rolls-Royce Ltd moved from Manchester to Derby. A year later, she begins to produce aircraft. Charles Rolls took an active part in various automobile competitions, as well as testing aircraft. During one of these flights, he crashed. This happened in 1910. The First World War forced the automaker to retrain for the production of aircraft engines. However, even after its completion, Rolls-Royce was in no hurry to launch the Silver Ghost successor. It was presented only in 1925 under the name Phantom I. The car was equipped with a 7.6-liter engine with 90 hp. and was quite heavy and technically difficult. In 1929, it was replaced https://cars45.co.tz/listing/rolls-royce/phantom/2015
